'Hi Everyone,   Surprise it\'s another mid-week upload from me!  In this video I\'m back with another high protein, low cal base and three meal ideas you can use for it. This would be perfect for a meal prep, it\'s so versatile you can do so much with the base!  Butter Chicken (per serving size): 274 cals | 5.4g Carbs, 1.5g Fat and 52g Protein.  INGREDIENTS:  450g Chicken Breast  150g Greek Yoghurt (90g for the base and 60g for the sauce 1 Tin of Chopped tomatos  1 White onion  Cumin  Paprika Tumeric Garam Masala  Salt and Pepper'
